Winter can feel quiet — and sometimes lonely. This season, give yourself the gift of gathering in warm community with other women. Join us for a gentle two-hour retreat designed to restore your body, soothe your nervous system, and help you reconnect with your inner light during the darker months.
You’ll be welcomed into a cozy, candlelit space with warm tea or cacao, soft music, and supportive community. Kim will guide a calming restorative yoga practice and a heartfelt guided visualization, while she and Amy move throughout the room offering Reiki and gentle massage to deepen your rest.

Kim Fields
Kim Fields offers deeply calming, restorative experiences that support the body, mind, and spirit. With over 20 years of experience in yoga and holistic healing, Kim helps clients slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance.
Her sessions are personalized and intuitive, often blending gentle yoga practices, massage, breathwork, and Reiki to meet each person’s unique needs. For those experiencing stress, anxiety, or overwhelm, Kim’s integrative approach creates a safe space to settle the nervous system and feel supported on every level.
Trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and grounded in years of study and practice, Kim brings warmth, presence, and deep listening to her work. She currently practices at YoReiMa in downtown Lafayette, Indiana, where she offers Reiki, massage, and integrative healing sessions designed to help clients leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and renewed.
Amy Matthews
Amy is a Reiki Master based in Indianapolis with a background in pediatric occupational therapy. She began practicing Reiki in 2021 and now offers both hands-on energy healing sessions and Reiki trainings.
Her approach is grounded and intuitive, drawing on her knowledge of chakras, crystals, and energetic anatomy to help you feel more balanced, clear, and connected.
