1:1 Ayurveda Consultations
Personalized wellness support to address your specific health concerns — physical, mental and emotional. Ayurveda’s holistic approach works at the root cause of imbalance, helping you feel good — and giving you the tools to keep it that way.
Why Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of health that’s all about balance. It sees you as a whole person — body, mind, and spirit — and helps you live in a way that supports your natural rhythms. Through nutrition, daily habits, self-care practices and herbal support, Ayurveda helps you digest well, sleep better, and feel more like yourself. It’s practical, personalized, and meant to make living well not only simpler, but easier.
Sessions available virtually or in-person.

Meet with me virtually or in person at the studio (803 Broad Ripple Ave.) — whichever works best for you.
In our first 90-minute session, we’ll explore what your body might be trying to tell you—through digestion, sleep, mood, energy, and other subtle (or not-so-subtle) signals. Step 1:
Once you book your consultation, I’ll will send over an in-depth intake form. This gives a fuller picture of your current health, creative energy, and daily rhythms before we meet.
Step 2:
We’ll meet on Zoom if you’re far, or in person at the studio if you’re near, and talk through what’s been going on with your body and your creativity, so I can begin to understand what’s happening from an Ayurvedic perspective. Based on what you share, I’ll design a personalized plan to support your well-being and creative flow. We’ll focus on what feels doable within your current life, and you’ll leave the call with a couple of simple, clear action steps.
Step 3:
Within 48 hours, I’ll email you a customized suggestions sheet with the most supportive practices to begin moving the needle—for both your health and creativity.
Step 4 (optional):
If you book a follow-up, we’ll meet again after about 5 weeks for a 45–60 minute session. This gives us time to check in, see what’s working, and adjust as needed. Ayurveda is a gradual practice, and I’m here to support you as you try things out and notice changes.
After that:
If you’d like ongoing support, we can schedule follow-up sessions every 5–10 weeks until you feel steady in both your health and creative flow. And if anything comes up in between, I’m always just an email away.

Q: I’ve never heard of Ayurveda—what is it, exactly?
That’s almost everyone :) and it’s no problem at all. (And if you’ve googled it, you’re probably more confused!) But to work with me, you don’t need any prior knowledge. I’ll introduce everything in a clear, simple, and down-to-earth way. We don’t even have to use “Ayurveda language” if that feels more comfortable.
In a tiny nutshell: Ayurveda is a time-tested system of wellness that helps you understand your body’s unique needs. Think of it like learning your body’s user manual—so you can feel more steady, energized, and clear in your daily life.
Q: I’m not sure if I’m “creative enough” for this. Is it still for me?
A: Yep! Creativity doesn’t just mean professional artists—everyone is creative. It’s part of what makes us human. So you may be a writer, designer, entrepreneur, parent creatively, or just someone who likes to make things. However creativity shows up for you, this work can support it.
Q: I’m not sick—just a little off. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. You don’t have to (and shouldn’t) wait for a breakdown or major symptoms to make a shift. Ayurveda helps you catch imbalances early—so “little” things like low energy, foggy focus, or irritability don’t spiral into something bigger. This is for anyone wanting more ease in their body and creative life.
Q: Is this going to mean a total lifestyle overhaul?
Valid concern. But nope. It’s not a total overhaul. We’ll focus on small, doable shifts that feel good and fit into your real life. No strict routines or dramatic changes—just step-by-step support designed around you.
Q: Will I have to change what I eat?
Maaaaybe… but definitely not in a ‘no chocolate ever again’ kind of way. This isn’t about strict or strange diets. You don’t need to become vegetarian, or cut out everything you love (gasp!). That said, food does affect how we feel, and we’ll tune into what your body’s asking for. As an example: I had a client who was dealing with ragey outbursts…complete with hot flashes, red face, yelling. Turns out spicy food and alcohol made it way worse. We slowly dialed those back—and she felt much better.
Q: How does this actually connect to my creativity?
Your creativity starts in your body. When you’re feeling tired, foggy, off-rhythm, gassy or downright ill, it’s much harder to access inspiration, am I right? But when your body feels awesome and your mind is clear as a bell, creative thinking comes much more easily. Ayurveda clears the path.
FAQ 5: I’ve tried other things and nothing sticks. How is this different?
Ayurveda isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll look at your unique patterns—what’s going on physically, mentally, and emotionally—and make a personalized plan that fits your real life—baby steps, my friend! You’ll leave with clear, doable steps that actually make a difference.
I quite honestly can’t put into words how amazing the shift has been. I’m knocking it out of the park on how I’m structuring my meals and feel that my creativity is flowing on another level. I’ve felt so much more energy since I’ve committed to the changes. My sweet cravings and snacking have also pretty much disappeared…….!!!
This honestly feels like magic!
