Rooted Rise: A Values & Vision Gathering for Women

Rooted Rise: A Values & Vision Gathering for Women

Ditch the resolutions. Embrace what truly matters.

As the new year begins, you are invited into a gentle, restorative gathering designed to help you reconnect with your deepest values and envision the life you want to grow — without pressure, perfectionism, or empty resolutions.

Rooted Rise is a women’s circle that blends meaningful conversation and intuitive vision-board creation. Together, we’ll explore what feels true in this season of your life, identify the values ready to guide your year, and craft a visual map that honors your intentions with softness and clarity.

In this workshop, you will:

• Reflect on the values that shape your choices and desires
• Release the expectations and “shoulds” that resolutions often carry
• Experience a guided visualization to imagine the year ahead
• Create a personalized vision board rooted in your authentic priorities
• Connect with other women in a supportive, heartfelt space

This gathering invites you to step into the new year with grounded courage, gentle self-awareness, and a renewed sense of direction.

No striving. No pressure. Just a return to what truly matters — and a community of women rising with you.

All materials provided. No artistic experience necessary.
