Creative Ayurveda Mentorship

Creative Ayurvedic Pilot Program Badge

For creatives who want both body-based Ayurvedic support and clear guidance for a specific creative project or practice.

This pilot mentorship blends personalized Ayurveda with creative coaching, offering accountability and momentum for both wellbeing and creative work — at a pace that feels sustainable.

How is this mentorship different from individual Ayurveda sessions?

Individual Ayurveda sessions focus mainly on the body and are designed to support creativity indirectly — as your digestion, energy, sleep, and nervous system come back into balance, creative clarity and momentum tend to follow.

This Creative Ayurveda Mentorship offers something more ongoing and intentional. In addition to Ayurvedic support, this mentorship includes dedicated coaching for creative goals, process support, and accountability over several months.

This is a container for creatives who want support in not only feeling better in their bodies, but also in making steady, meaningful progress with their creative work.

Who is this mentorship for?

This mentorship is a good fit if you’re a creative who:

✱ Is working on (or ready to commit to) a specific creative project or practice

✱ Wants support that includes both wellbeing and the creative process itself

✱ Feels the pull for accountability, but in a way that’s kind, realistic, and responsive

✱ Is curious about ways in which tending to the body supports creative clarity and momentum

✱ Values depth, reflection, and sustainable change over quick fixes

Okay… but what would we actually work on?

Creative goals vary widely, and during a fit conversation we’ll talk through what you’re actually wanting to work on — and whether this mentorship feels like the right support for that work. Some possibilities might include:

✱ Developing or moving forward a children’s book or illustration project

✱ Refining an illustration portfolio or improving your website presentation

✱ Translating ideas into finished work – from early concepts and sketches to finals and deliverables

✱ Establishing a more consistent, sustainable creative practice

The mentorship is flexible and responsive, shaped by both your creative goals and what’s happening in your body and energy over time.

How the Mentorship Works

This mentorship is offered as a 3-month pilot, which gives you enough time to see real shifts — without asking you to commit indefinitely.

We’ll begin with an in-depth 2-hour starting session, where we’ll look at what’s going on in your body and get clear on what you’re wanting creatively.

In this session, we’ll explore your current energy and wellbeing, clarify the creative project or practice you want to focus on, and decide together on a pace that feels realistic and supportive.

You’ll leave this initial session with:

✱ Personalized Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle suggestions

✱ Clear creative goals and next steps

✱ A shared sense of what to focus on over the next few months

From there, you can choose one of two rhythms:

Monthly Mentorship

Initial two-hour
foundational session
+
three 60-minute sessions
(one per month)

A good fit if you want time for integration and reflection, and prefer a slower, steadier pace. This option works well for creatives who are making gradual shifts or who want support without feeling rushed.

Pilot pricing: $750 total

(Includes the 2-hour foundational session + 3 mentorship sessions)

Payment plans are available
Payments can be split into three monthly installments.
Bi-Monthly Mentorship

Initial two-hour
foundational session
+
six 60-minute sessions
(two per month)

A good fit if you’re working toward a defined creative project or wanting a bit more momentum. This option offers more frequent check-ins while staying responsive to your energy and capacity.

Pilot pricing: $1,200 total

(Includes the 2-hour foundational session + 6 mentorship sessions)

Payment plans are available
Payments can be split into three monthly installments.

In both options:

Our sessions hold space for both Ayurvedic support and creative process.

Between meetings, you’ll leave with simple, personalized practices to support your wellbeing, along with clear next steps for your creative work.

This is mentorship in the true sense of the word. After our deep initial orientation, you’ll receive ongoing guidance, gentle accountability and thoughtful pacing — all offered by someone who works at the intersection of creativity and Ayurveda every day.

About This Pilot Offering

Right now, this mentorship is being offered as a pilot — a small, time-bound version of something I’m actively shaping.

Offering it this way allows me to work closely with a limited number of creatives, provide thoughtful, high-touch support, and refine the structure based on real experience rather than assumptions.

As part of the pilot, participants will be invited to share a short reflection at the end of the three months. This feedback will help shape future versions of the mentorship.

Pilot pricing reflects this exploratory phase.

About Your Mentor

I’m Penny Dullaghan — an Ayurvedic counselor & award-winning illustrator

I’ve worked as a freelance illustrator since 2004, collaborating on children’s books, editorial projects, advertising, products, surface design and animation.

I know what it’s like to dream up and develop ideas, meet deadlines, work with editors and art directors, and carry creative projects from early concept through final delivery.

Alongside this work, I’ve been studying and practicing Ayurveda, with a focus on how the body, nervous system, and daily rhythms influence how we think, focus, and create.

This mentorship brings those two worlds together.

For many creatives, this is the piece that’s been missing — support for the work that considers the body.
