Ayurveda Winter Wellness

Ayurveda Winter Wellness Workshop: Chai, Ghee & Self-Massage for Winter Balance

Indiana winters can be tough — cold, dry, and long. According to Ayurveda, this is the Vata season, when our bodies and minds crave extra warmth, nourishment, and steadiness.

Join me for an afternoon of Ayurvedic self-care designed to help you stay grounded and well through the early winter months.

Together we’ll:

  • Brew a cozy spiced chai that balances Vata dosha

  • Learn how to make golden ghee, Ayurveda’s nourishing superfood

  • Practice abhyanga, the ancient ritual of self-massage with warm oil to soothe the nervous system

You’ll leave with practical tools, recipes, and rituals to bring comfort and calm to your daily rhythm all winter long.

No prior experience with Ayurveda needed—just bring your curiosity and a love of cozy things.

*Please note: The studio is located upstairs and may be difficult to access for those with mobility challenges.
