Samhain Circle with Tracy Minor: Honoring the Turning of the Year
Halloween marks the start of Samhain season on The Wheel of The Year, a nature-based calendar and spiritual guide tied to the cycles of the natural world.
“As within, so without,” as the saying goes. What we see happening in nature is a reflection of what’s within us. Many of us have lost touch with these natural rhythms in our modern world. Tapping into the ancient wisdom of our innate cycles creates a sense of grounding. Doing it in community helps us deepen our feeling of connection and support.
We’ll explore these seasonal themes:
The increasing darkness draws us inward for a time of rest and dreaming. How can you invite nourishing rest and space for dreaming?
Like the trees releasing their leaves, what do you want to release? What no longer serves?
Preparing for the darkness, the void. The energy of the void allows the creative impulse to rise. How can you allow space to hear what is calling you next?
A time to connect with and remember our ancestors. This is a time for stories and home.
Explore the magic and mystery in the dark unknown.
We’ll gather in circle to explore the gifts of the season through gentle movement, breath, meditation, and discussion.
We’ll enjoy seasonal snacks prepared with love, and a custom Samhain tea, made with herbs that carry the energetics of Samhain season.
We’ll get mystical and practical and have FUN! You’ll leave feeling centered, full, and connected to what is real. Grab a friend and come on!
This session is offered in-person at the Creative Ayurveda studio. Please note: The studio is located upstairs and may be difficult to access for those with mobility challenges.
